Monday, November 16-30* - Early Registration open
Monday, August 2* - Registration officially opens
Wednesday, Sept. 1* - First Payment 20% 
Wednesday, Sept. 29* - Second Payment 50% and Signed Contract due 
Wednesday, Oct. 6* - Team Roster and all Health Forms are due 
Wednesday, Oct. 13* - Schedule with W/L record due & Registration closed
Wednesday, Oct. 20* - Final Payment 

Housing Options & Cost

Housing Options
  •  Registration Fee:
  •  $295 ( NACA non-members) 
  •  $275 (NACA members)
  • *This fee secures your place in the tournament and your on-campus housing choice.

  • Lodge:$195 per person  (includes 3 meals a day W-F)
    Dorm and/or Bunkhouse cabin:$155 per person  (includes 3 meals a day W-F)
    Off Campus: $90 per person and you are responsible for securing your own housing (meal passes are available at no extra charge and includes 3 meals a day W-F)

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy

  • ~ NACA Registration for Volleyball will be closed two weeks prior to the event.  Contact the office when registration is closed to be                        placed on a waiting list.
    ~ Registration fees are non-refundable.
    ~ Cancellation policy: 
           4 weeks prior 100% refund 
           3 weeks prior 75% refund 
           2 weeks prior 50% refund 
    ​       1 week prior 25% refund ​

Schedule of Events

  • ​CHECK-IN: Tuesday 27nd 3:00-9:00p (Meals begin with Wednesday Breakfast)
  • GAMES are played  Wednesday-Friday​

Wednesday & Thursday - Group Play

  • Arrive early to matches and park in NACA designated places.  All times are EST.
  • Results of Group Play will determine the divisions and seeding for the single elimination tournaments.  
  • Group Play matches will consist of two 25-point games with a 25 point cap.
  • After each group is seeded, the teams will be placed in 4 divisions.  #1 seeds will play Division I,  #2 seeds Division 2,  #3 seeds division 3, and the #4 seeds will compete in Division 4.

Friday - Tournament Play

  • Seeding for the tournament brackets will be determined by Group Play set differential, point differential, and coin toss.
  • Results and tournament placement will be posted in the gym near the canteen, on the NACA website, and the NACA Facebook page following the Thursday evening matches.
  • Tournament matches will consist of best 2 out of 3 sets with rally scoring 25, 25, 15.
  • To help stay on schedule, warm up time for each match will be 5-5-2.
  • All Championship games will be played in the Fort Bluff gym with the awards presentation immediately following each championship game.  Turn in your All-Tournament form before the championship match begins.
  •  There are championship banners, team trophies for 1st – 4th place, Team Sportsmanship, MVP’s and All-Tournament players.

Eligibility Guidelines

Eligible NACA teams are primarily from Christian Schools, Homeschool programs, and Church Sponsored Organizations.  Teams that are not associated with a Christian School, Homeschool program or church should contact the NACA office to determine eligibility and appropriate divisional placement.  If your team is a “hybrid,” meaning you have athletes from another school/program on your roster, that athlete must actively play for your team throughout the season.  No athlete that participates on more than one team is eligible for the NACA.  All transfers to your school/program must be eligible, on your roster and competing in games at least 21 days before the first day of NACA competition.  You may not pick up players from another school/program at the end of the season to participate at the NACA.  All signatures verifying eligibility must be present on your NACA roster form.    
 
With the exception of our Elite (Post Grad) Basketball Division, any athlete who reaches his/her 19th birthday before July 1 prior to the fall semester of the current school year is not eligible to compete at the NACA.  Hardships are considered case by case.
