NACA Sports 2025 National Basketball Tournament Week 1 will be held from Tuesday, February 25 through Friday, February 28, 2025. Week 1 is for the higher division teams: Girls Division 1-2 and Boys Divisions 1-3. The tournament will be held at NACA's home base at Fort Bluff Camp, located in Dayton, Tennessee (several off-site gyms will also be used for games). Teams will check-in on Tuesday evening, with the games beginning Wednesday and going through Friday. Each team is guaranteed at least one game per day, with more specific tournament formatting dependent on the number of teams participating.

Cost & Housing
- Team Registration Fee:
- - $425 per team (non-members)
- - $395 per team (members)
- *This non-refundable fee secures your place in the tournament and your on-campus housing choice.
Tournament Fee:
- $95 per person (non-members)
- $75 per person (members)
Meal Plan:
- Individual Meal Ticket: $11B, $13L, $15D (all)
Room & Board Fee:
- Lodge Housing: $225 per person 3 nights/4 days/ 9 meals (non-members)
- Lodge Housing: $220 per person 3 nights/4 days/ 9 meals (members)
- Dorm Housing: $185 per person 3 nights/4 days/ 9 meals (non-members)
- Dorm Housing: $180 per person 3 nights/4 days/ 9 meals (members)
*includes housing and 3 meals a day Wednesday-Friday
** Please note the Room & Board Prices are applicable for anyone that is a part of your team's registration. This includes all coaches, assistant coaches, athletes, and any chaperone that may be staying with the team while on campus. Each team is required to have at least two adults staying in the room with the athletes (adults can be either a coach or parent chaperone).
Should your team wish to say ON-CAMPUS, the Tournament Fee along with the Room and Board Fee will apply per person. This per person charge is in addition the team registration fee. Please click HERE to see photos for NACA's on campus housing options.
Should your team decide to stay off-campus, the tournament fee per person is the cost for the tournament, in addition to the team registration fee (please note that the tournament fee does NOT include food).
Divisional Descriptions- Girls
There will be 3 Girls Divisions in the 2025 tournament, with Division 1 being the highest. Teams do not necessarily have to meet all items listed under each division , but should choose the division they feel is most suited for their team.

Invitational:
- - Team has a traditionally successful and or winning program
- - Team is competitive against stronger competition
- - Majority of the team has mastered the basic fundamental rules and skills of the game
- - Suggested but not mandatory winning percentage of 60 % or better
- - Previous district, region or state titles
Division 2:
- - Team has success against similar competition
- - Team had success in lower division play or against lower level competition
- - Most of the team has mastered basic fundamental rules and skills of the game
- - Suggested but not mandatory winning percentage of 50% of better
- - Competitive in your state association or local conference
Invitational:
- - Below 40% winning percentage
- - Majority of the team still learning and developing basic skills and fundamental rules of the game

There will be 4 Boys Divisions in the 2025 tournament, with Division 1 being the highest. Teams do not necessarily have to meet all items listed under each division , but should choose the division they feel is most suited for their team.

- - Most of the team has mastered basic fundamental rules and skills of the game
- - Suggested but not mandatory winning percentage of 50% or better
- - Previous Division 1, 2 or 3 NACA experience

Schedule for Payments & Forms Due
Once your team is registered for the tournament, there will be a number of items due in advance of the tournament. Below is the schedule for when payments and all necessary forms will be due. The NACA team will be communicating with all coaches via email in advance of these deadlines.
- Tuesday, December 3, 2024 - Registration officially opens at noon EST
- - Wednesday, January 8, 2025 - 20% of teams total balance and Signed Contract due
- - Wednesday, January 29, 2025 - 50% of teams total balance and Team Roster due
- - Wednesday, February 5, 2025 - Team Schedule with W/L record and Health Forms are due
- - Wednesday, February 12, 2025 - Registration closes
- - Wednesday, February 19, 2025 - Final payment and Final numbers due
Schedule of Events
Check-in for the tournament will be on Tuesday from 4:00-9:00 pm. Meals will begin with breakfast on Wednesday. On Tuesday night, NACA's campus store will be open for apparel and snack purchases. On Tuesday night, there will be a coaches reception and activities for the athletes to choose if they want (such as miniature putt-putt, nine-square, gym, sand volleyball, etc.).
Games will be played Wednesday through Friday. Each team is guaranteed at least one game per day. The game schedule is announced 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament beginning.
On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, there will be a Youth Rally where an speaker and/or praise band will lead worship and speak. The Youth Rally is mandatory for all teams, as its an important part of the NACA tournament.
Games will be played Wednesday through Friday. Each team is guaranteed at least one game per day. The game schedule is announced 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament beginning.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy
- ~ NACA registration will be closed two weeks prior to the event.
- ~ The Team Registration fee is non-refundable.
~ Cancellation policy:
4 weeks prior 100% refund
3 weeks prior 75% refund
2 weeks prior 50% refund
1 week prior 25% refund - ~ NACA will have a waiting list should you want to register after registration is closed, or if the tournament fills up prior to registration closing. Please contact the NACA office to inquire as to the tournament availability and/or to be placed on the waiting list.
Eligibility Guidelines
Eligible NACA teams are from small to medium-size Christian, private, parochial, and homeschool organizations. A small or medium-sized organization is one with a total high school (grades 9 -12) enrollment of no more than 500 students. All requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the NACA Committee. A player must be an active member on the roster for at least half of the season or 45 days prior to the event date. Starting with their freshman year in high school, regardless of participation, players only have eight semesters of eligibility which runs concurrently. A player can turn nineteen (19) during his or her final two semesters of eligibility but cannot turn twenty (20) during either of their final two semesters of eligibility. Players cannot participate on two separate team rosters during the same athletic season.
