November 6-7, 2026
NACA Sports National Cross Country race will be held on November 6-7. Runners will arrive on Friday for check-in, dinner and a Youth Rally. The race will be held on the morning of Saturday. There will be a Elementary School Boys & Girls (3rd-5th grade), Middle School Boys & Girls Race (6th-8th), High School Girls (9th-12th), and High School Boys Race (9th-12th).

Deadline for Payments and Forms
Once your team or individual s registered for the race, there will be a number of items due in advance of arriving. Below is the schedule for when payments and all necessary forms will be due. The NACA team will be communicating with all coaches via email in advance of these deadlines.
Tuesday, August 19, 2025 - Registration officially opens at noon EST
Wednesday, September 10, 2025 - 20% of total balance and Signed Contract due
Wednesday, October 8, 2025 - 50% of total balance and Roster due
Wednesday, October 15, 2025 - Team health forms are due
Wednesday, October 22, 2025 - Final payment due and Final team numbers

- Additional Fee Per Person:
- Lodge Housing: $55 per person (includes: Lodging, Friday Dinner, Opening Ceremony, Saturday Breakfast & Race Admission)
- Dorm Housing: $45 per person (includes: Lodging, Friday Dinner, Opening Ceremony, Saturday Breakfast & Race Admission)
- Off Campus Fee: $10 per person (includes: Friday Dinner, Opening Ceremony & Race Admission)
Meal Tickets (for parents or others watching the race):

Gate for spectators:

Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy
- **Team Registration fees are non-refundable**
Refund Schedule for Tournament Fees, Room/Board, and Meal Plans per team:
75% refund for team initiated cancellations up to 20 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- 50% refund for team initiated cancellations up to 15 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- 25% refund for team initiated cancellations up to 10 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- No refund for team initiated cancellations occurring less than 10 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- **All refund amounts will be based on monies received to date at the time of cancellation notification by the team**

- Timing will be kept by Slipstream Timing using timing chips.
- There will be individual awards and team awards given. The top 5 runners from each team will determine results. Awards ceremony for all the races will follow the completion of the final race.

Eligibility Policy
Team Eligibility:
Eligible NACA teams represent Christian, private, parochial, and homeschool organizations with a total high school
(grades 9 -12) enrollment of no more than 500 students. All requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-
case basis by the NACA Committee.
Player Eligibility:
A player must be an active member of a team's roster 45 calendar days prior to participating in an NACA
tournament/event date and the player may not participate on two separate team rosters during the same 45 calendar
days.
Starting with their freshman year in high school, regardless of participation, players only have eight semesters of
eligibility which runs concurrently. A player can turn nineteen (19) during his or her final two semesters of eligibility
but cannot turn twenty (20) during either of their final two semesters of eligibility.
