NACA will host a flag football open at its home base, Fort Bluff Camp, on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Application
NACA National Tournament registration has transitioned to an application-based process as part of the NACA Reimagine Initiative. Schools interested in participating in a NACA event must complete an application for each tournament they wish to attend.
Applications will open by season:
Accepted teams will also complete a Team Profile & Media Information Form closer to the event date to provide additional team information, media details, and resources needed for tournament planning.
This updated process allows NACA to better prepare competitive divisions, improve scheduling, and create a stronger tournament experience for every school, coach, and student-athlete.

- Fall Events: August 4, 2026
- Winter Events: December 1, 2026
- Spring Events: February 2, 2027
- Each application will be reviewed by the NACA team. Once approved, teams will receive an official acceptance and welcome email with the next steps for completing tournament registration.

Cancellation Policy
- **Team Registration fees are non-refundable**
Refund Schedule for Tournament Fees, Room/Board, and Meal Plans per team:
75% refund for team-initiated cancellations up to 20 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- 50% refund for team-initiated cancellations up to 15 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- 25% refund for team-initiated cancellations up to 10 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- No refund for team-initiated cancellations occurring less than 10 business days prior to the start of the tournament/event.
- **All refund amounts will be based on monies received to date at the time of cancellation notification by the team**
Eligibility Policy
Team Eligibility:
Eligible NACA teams represent Christian, private, parochial, and homeschool organizations with a total high school
(grades 9 -12) enrollment of no more than 500 students. All requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-
case basis by the NACA Committee.
Player Eligibility:
A player must be an active member of a team's roster 45 calendar days prior to participating in an NACA
tournament/event date and the player may not participate on two separate team rosters during the same 45 calendar
days.
Starting with their freshman year in high school, regardless of participation, players only have eight semesters of
eligibility which runs concurrently. A player can turn nineteen (19) during his or her final two semesters of eligibility
but cannot turn twenty (20) during either of their final two semesters of eligibility.
